This means your order is confirmed. There are multiple ways to cancel. You can cancel your SharkAlgo membership at any time. 1\. Use the live messenger chat and message us here (Bottom, right corner)\ 2\. Message an admin or the support team on Discord.\ 3\. Send us an email at and we will help with any issues you might be having. Please allow up to 12 hours processing time for the cancellation to be complete. # Refund Policy All Subscriptions: All of our accounts are free to cancel. It is your responsibility to manage your account. Once access has been given and you have received your order complete email, it is not possible to receive a refund. Refunds will be given in the event that a duplicate payment is made. # General Information # What Markets & TimeFrames Does It Work On? SharkAlgo works on any international market including stocks, options, indices, forex, crypto trading, futures, and commodities. They appear in real-time, and are confirmed when the candle closes. Repainting is when signals change based on data in the future to make them appear differently than what they originally were. # Do I Need A Tradingview Account To Use It? Yes. If you do not have an account, visit Tradingview\.com and create an account before signing up for SharkAlgo. # Do I Need Tradingview Pro To Use SharkAlgo? No, you do not need to upgrade. SharkAlgo works equally well with the free version of TradingView. The paid versions allow you to set alerts and other features. This does not affect the performance of SharkAlgo. # Is This Beginner Friendly? Yes. SharkAlgo is beginner friendly. SharkAlgo comes included with a course that teaches you how to use it properly, including all of its features. Free SharkAlgo Course: We recommend paper-trading at first until you get familiar with how SharkAlgo works. Many platforms offer demo accounts. # Can I Use SharkAlgo On MT4 Or Other Platforms Like TOS & Binance? No. SharkAlgo is only hosted on Tradingview\.com. Most users take the information from SharkAlgo and use their existing brokers to place their trades. # Do You Offer A Free Trial For SharkAlgo? No. We do not offer a trial period for SharkAlgo. Our memberships are flexible with no hidden fees. If you need to put your account on hold, it is free to cancel at any time. There are no fees for cancelling. # How Long Does It Take To Get Access After Purchasing? All activations are done manually and normally take a few minutes to process.
