# Can I Cancel At Any Time & How Do I Cancel?

There are multiple ways to cancel. You can cancel your SharkAlgo membership at any time.

1\. Use the live messenger chat and message us here (Bottom, right corner)\
2\. Message an admin or the support team on Discord.\
3\. Send us an email at <admin@sharkalgo.com> and we will help with any issues you might be having.

Please allow up to 12 hours processing time for the cancellation to be complete.
